“ We had a Sunday lunch for 4 today. I must say I did enjoy the vegetarian option of the mushroom Wellington! The others had chicken roast. Service was very attentive and all the staff were super friendly. We all liked the old feel of the pub. It's clean and well presented. We are coming back on Thursday for the early bird menu. ”

“ Lovely pub, just what we needed after a very long dog walk. My partner had a pickle and cheese sandwich with coleslaw, crisps and added extra chips. Turns out she didn't need the extra chips, it was filling enough! I had the toastie with mozzarella and tomatoes and chips, tasty and did the job. The server was friendly and the chef herself even helped serve the food and cooked a sausage that she chopped up for our lucky little dog. A nice cosy pub but light and airy, highly recommend. ”
